Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can follow your package in real time using the link in that email.
Track via your account
Sign in to your Vibencio account to view all your orders and live tracking updates in one place.
- Go to My Account
- Click on the order you want to track
- Click the Track Shipment button on the order status page

Every order confirmation and shipping email includes a link to your personal Order Status Page. Click "View your order" in any of those emails to see your current shipping status and estimated delivery date.
