The packaging was dented, but the product is fine. It's not working, maybe because it's not charging. After charging for a moment, it starts working. The finish is disappointing.

The battery is completely broken, I lost 30,000 won. Is this really Ali? They just made it look plausible. Never buy it. The battery is defective. I wasted 30,000 won. They just made it look like it was okay. As expected, AliExpress.

It feels cool and nice on the neck. It's not as warm as expected, but the massage is cool. If you offer it at a lower price, it would be the best. Sell a lot.

I am using it very comfortably. It's better than the Ali product view and easy to use, so it's really nice. I will make sure to purchase again next time. I can buy good products at a low price. It's really nice.
